Due to the uncertainty surrounding the current events, specifically COVID-19, we would like to offer you alternative options, as we are trying to limit the amount of people that are entering and exiting our lobby.
To submit your tax documents to our firm:
– You can upload documents via our secure portal.
Just contact our office and Jessica or Kim can assist you.
– Documents can be mailed via USPS or any other delivery service.
– Documents can be dropped off using our after-hours drop box on the side of our building.
– Consultations to answer any questions you may have can be held via telephone or e-mail once we receive your information.
*Any new information that is dropped off at this time may have an extension filed, which is an extension of time to file, but not to pay if you owe taxes.
At this time, all finished returns will be mailed to you or sent via our secure electronic portal if you prefer. Please review all information carefully and mail back the requested documentation when you are ready for us to e-file the return. Keep in mind that the due date for Federal and Indiana returns as well as payment is July 15th, we need your signature pages returned before we can e-file your returns and send them to the IRS and Indiana DOR.
Our team of dedicated accountants continue to work hard to provide quality services to our clients. We have the technology and security measures in place to allow team members to work remotely if the situation arises. We are closely monitoring recommendations from federal, state, and local government agencies and health officials.
